The BSc in Computer Engineering at Bahcesehir University is a four-year, 240-ECTS degree taught entirely in English on the Besiktas campus. The first two years build the mathematical and systems core — calculus, discrete mathematics, data structures, digital logic and computer architecture — while years three and four move into distributed systems, machine learning, compilers and a two-semester capstone project delivered with an industry partner. Every student completes a 30-working-day summer internship after year three, placed through the university's corporate network of more than 200 technology employers in Istanbul. Teaching is studio-heavy: roughly 40% of contact hours happen in the embedded systems, networks and AI labs rather than in lecture halls.
